In March of we shifted into our renovated home, (that was our prior handle) and moved our Fpl support, (using the car bill-pay we'd for more than 4 years). Not just did they double-bill us, their pc decreased us from car bill-pay, which we did not discover before energy was stop, in Aug. Of 2008. We ultimately worked it out in Feb. Of 2009 and re-signed up for car billpay. But nonetheless. The bill wasn't being paid. Fpl ultimately understood we'd 2 bill numbers. Fpl has had no obligation for that 24 months of nightmare. And today, we're having to pay for a $820.00 deposit, and of course, we never obtained a reimbursement for that overcharges in, Aug. Of 2008. We need another electrical corporation. If Fpl had some opposition, they'd have to provide good customer support, unlike what we're getting today.
However, you cant cause having a dictatorship.
