They take the rent from your home and don't pay the contractors they hired to do the work, so the contractors come after the actual homeowner for the money

I hired CPA Advantage Realty to manage my rental property while I was out of state. Once my contract was a few months from expiring they quit paying the services they hired to maintain the property. Now I am stuck with all the bills and small claims court cases that they will not pay. Beware!!! Do not use this company to manage your property.
