I want to you to honestly saw that you completed the job at my house as promised! There is no way you can blame me (like you did with some other people) for your guys laying the flooring down and not finishing what you promised me since Jan. 2009. You picked up and brought the product to my house after ordering it yourself!
The last time I talked to you, you promised to show up yourself and complete the job or you would "do an installation on a whole house for free". Those were your exact words! At this point I just wanted someone to finish putting the "correct" molding down but now I have to pay someone to take up some of the flooring and lay new flooring in order to complete the job correctly. Who should pay for that Doug? I have tried to be nice and patient and it has gotten me nowhere.
On top of you not honoring your 12 month warranty, I now find out that you did not go through the Lumber Liquidators store like you were supposed. The company does not show me in their system as having a flooring job done by you.
I just want you to cover the cost of what I now have to pay to have the job your guys did fixed. I don't think that is too much to ask for.
I really don't want it to go any farther than that but I am not going to let this go but you are ignoring my calls and make promises you don't keep.
