I bought a house only over this past year from Paul Reich Houses. I had been educated about 8 weeks into my home-ownership they wouldn't be praising their 12 months warranty support. I had been immediately irritated, I'd been calling them for weeks to correct many items which were mentioned in my own orignial wander through and was educated they could be resolved within my 12 months walkthrough. I've since discovered additional building difficulties with my house and also have never been more disappointed in a company. I've worked in residential building and whatever the standing of the economy you need to remain behind your projects, you need to follow-through using the guarantees you designed to the folks who bought your craftmanship. Minimal John Reich might have completed was to check out up with each homeowner just before "shutting his gates". The moment the economy accumulates I assure he'll "reopen" his gates under a somewhat different title and commence messing over numerous unsuspecting homebuyers. Customers beware, his houses are garbage, he employs inexpensive sub-contractors who cannot actually build a right wall or degree subfloor.
