Backyard Gear Water Station WS 100, while using the sink became a 4 foot fountain, I contacted the company by phone mid August spoke to a man that said he would ship all new replacement parts. I waited 10 days called back left a message. I also sent an email asking them of the status. No one called or emailed me back. I again wrote, and called, with no answer. Today Sept 10, I sent another email, and called again. So far nothing. I realize they are not an honest business. What do we do to fix a product when the manufacturer/business doesn't back their own product? The shouldn't be allowed to have their doors open.
