A false charge was processed with my VISA card ordering 5 sets of hangers for this company in the amount of $129.45. Who pays $130.00 for hangers? Someone crazy and don't know that Wall-mart is the place to shop! After contacting my Bank about the charges I was advised to contact Wonder Hanger. I Wonder Hanger they refuse to issue a full refund for the order. They charge a consumer $9.95 each set and $7.95 S&H but shipped the items in the same package. They also refuse to refund processing fees. If I was a customer purchasing these items, why would a company charge a consumer $7.95 S&H for multi sets but mailing together!!!
This is a RIP OFF and a money maker off hidden fee via Shipping and handling. They also advised if you do not accept the package delivered to your home that you did not purchase it's a GREAT possibility it will be lost and the customer is responsible. How funny is that? Return to Sender is not hard. That maybe the reason they street address is Returns Road... How can something get lost on Return Road. That is your title RETURN... Wonder hanger is in the business of receiving but not given. They receive your package but don't credit the customer for the RETURN. Be Aware of the Wonder... It's a wonder alright. It's a wonder to the consumer but Wonder Hanger is taken the world on trip to the Bank. This is how our elderly family members are ROB! WONDER NO MORE. The secrect is out!!! Refund my money!!!
