We contracted See-Blue Pools (See-Blue) to build a pool, spa and patio cover. Jerry Moren from See-Blue Pools has turned what should be an exciting time into a complete nightmare. He is a liar, fraud and scam artist. We have paid him on time, and on schedule 80% of the contract amount, These are the issues we have with See-Blue: 1. See-Blue built a beach entry in the pool with an elevation which is dangerous and a liability. Two inspectors have informed Jerry about the problem with the beach entry and he refuses to fix it unless we pay for it. We refused to pay because it is CLEARLY his mistake. This is NOT a cosmetic issue. 2. See-Blue was contracted to install 4 Hayward Color Logic LED lights. Only three lights were installed. A giant light was installed in the spa and a small light in the pool area. This is obviously incorrect. 3. See-Blue was contracted to install a Del Ozone brand ozonator.instead, without our knowledge, he installed a knock-off, less expensive brand. 4. See-Blue Pools is not paying contractors and is lying to them, stating we have not paid him. 5. We have spoken with him on several occasions, while is also slurring his words and obviously intoxicated.in closing we have documentation for all of the claims made in the above.
