I have also been ripped off by these people. I have more than just the Baja investment that has gone bad with these bad actors. The folks at CIMA keep telling me that I will get the money that I put down on the house back as soon as the lot sells to someone else. I have been hearing this for way over a year now. I would be interested in being contacted by others who want to go as a group for some kind of relief. I doubt that we will get our money back just by waiting.
