Aero Beds are junk! I purchased one last year and within three months the baffles that hold the top and bottom together began breaking loose on my wife's side of the bed. I had a queensize balloon in my bedroom.
I contacted Aero Bed and they supplied a replacement bed in a few weeks. Less than three months later the replacement bed began to break the baffles on MY side of the bed and I had another queensize balloon in my bedroom.
I contacted Aero Beds again and they sent a replacement bed in a few weeks. Now about three months later, I am sleeping on my THIRD queensize balloon (actually sleeping on my wife's side of the bed to keep from falling into the floor - luckily my wife is visiting her family so I have that side of the bed to sleep on).
Aero said they would keep replacing the bed until the warranty period is over and after that I have to pay $80.00 /- to get replacements. Replacement every three months equals $320.00 per year!
I told them that I was very unhappy with the Aero Bed product and just wanted my money back and they could keep their replacement bed.
They said I could not get a refund because I bought the Aero Bed from "Bed Bath and Beyond". This makes no sense to me.
The Aero Bed is a piece of junk and the company should stand behind their product no matter where it was purchased. I will continue to call them weekly until this issue is rectified to my satisfaction!
