During the last many weeks (May/July - 2009), we've experimented with contact PSE&H re: obvious mistakes within our May bill... Nevertheless, their current "methods" transformation has created conversation DIFFICULT! Phone waiting times exceed half an hour during regular business hours (PSE&H confirms this on the automatic answering process)... Directions to call-back during after-hours - up 'till 8pm are complete nonsense... When phoning back after hours, we obtain a concept the workplace is shut and also to call-back during daytime hours. As a substitute, we've tried many times to send questions utilizing PSE&H site... After finishing all of the required areas within the type supplied, whenever we publish the shape a note seems that because of "Technical Issues", please try again in a later day! Impossible!!! Possibly the corporation is really incompetant or they simply do not provide a darn! Other people encounter comparable problems with the bungling, inefficient PSE&H?
