Arturo Torres didn't finish the task on the multiple-thousand dollar project. He'd bid another home for all of US so when he discovered he didnot obtain the work he quit the very first home and didnot end. Strolled away with our cash (over 18k). He was upset so he set a lien on our home on another customeris home knowing full well we can not move the name using the loan. Both liens are phony and my lawyer stated it's going to charge hundreds to get rid of. Evidently Arturo understands this therefore he achieved it fraudulently.
DON'T trust him. Their tile-work is poor. He stopped-up our plumbing with dirt in the home. He leaves the worksites dirty.
Toughest of, he can not be respected with your cash. We were burned terribly.
