I ordered a grid tie solar package, after being told this system would not cost that much to put in and I had everything I needed, well I happen to have a trusted electric contractor that happens to a lot of solar set-ups, After I ordered the solar system and spending a lot of my savings, the boxes showed up 6 weeks after I had ordered thats a long time for something they said it was all in stock, well after my contractor got everything out he noted we needed a lot of stuff that was not there I spent over $12.000 to have this POS system put in and the first night the system shut down and beeped all night, called Northern AZ wind and sun, to ask where the books for the Inverter was they said it should be there I was not I checked my self there were no help at all, My contractor was able to send the inverter back and was told by Sunny Boy the small 700U 700 Watt Grid Tie Inverter was just not going to work with what I wanted, I was mad at this point everything I was told was total BS DONT BUY A THING FROM NORTHERN ARIZONA WIND & SUN! Im stuck with a system I need to put a ton of money into on top of that I have found many other people out there selling solar at much better price than I paid Do your home work. Good luck
