Accepted 500 dollars to replace front door. Did not do the work or give refund

Mark Keitz of Complete Mobile Home Repair service took my 500 dollars to replace the front door of my house. He did not do the work or refund the money. I have called him more than a dozen times. He always says he is booked. Its been over two years. I want my money back.
