ENCH, is a home builder in East Dallas who has lied and schamed her way all the way to the leadership of the Dallas Home Builders Association. She is a fraudulent, lieing, scheming machine who takes no sorrow for what and how she destroys lives while supposedly building you a "dream home." A dream is what it is, a nightmare in fact.
ENCH built a home for us and when it was time to finally close on the property after 2.5 years of building. 2.5 YEARS, due to her fraudulent accounting practices and unwillingness to own up to the truth, she couldn't pay the bills and buy supplies in order to finish. Call me stupid now, I worked with her and supported her most of the 2.5 years until I woke up and smelt my bank account burning... She had so many liens on the property that she would have never found the money to bail her out. The property finally was foreclosed on due to her inability to sale it to a poor soul.
Where does this leave me today, One year after this 2.5 year ordeal. OUT HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS and she hasn't paid me a dime, as she should, its in the contract!!! Dishonest woman who takes your life savings!!! Stay far away from her she is truly one who you don't want to do business with!
