He took my equipment, left me with bad checks. After he left the building, he told me to HOLD them for a couple days. That couple of days has turned into 9 months. He sold the equipment. Kept the money for himself. Has paid some of the money. Still owes 36,000.00. Caused me to loose other equipment for that i needed for a living.
The equipment in volved is 2 buhler versitile tractors and 2 dirt pans. If yu have bought this kind of equipment along about june of '08.. Please email me and let me know. I will give you the serial numbers for your advantage. Thank you.
