Riddex claims to rid your home of mice and roaches. What they do not tell you, their product does not kill or even have any effect on German roaches. I did not take advantage of the guarantee because I just "assumed" it might take a while to have any effect on them. Not! I spent fifty-some dollars to have their product expressed to me. They do not list an email address, customer service contact, nothing!
How I wish I had known about your website months ago! At least thank you for letting me vent, and hopefully my complaint will help others.
