I've waited over a month for my install as communicated by the company. Less than 48 hrs before the appointment, hey left a message (on what they were told is my secondary number - no contact on my primary number) that their machine broke and there would be a delay and that I need to call them and reschedule. I called their headquarters? In Michigan (during business hours) numerous times and all of the voice mails are full with the exception of one. I left a message and I am still waiting for a return call.
I went by their O'fallon store and it has a note in the window that they are closed for the holidays with no indication of when they will reopen.
I then went by the Maryland Heights store and the sign our their doors says "out of business".
Then - I happen across an old school mate at a holiday party and they conversation turns to what he is doing for a living. He tells me he is selling granite—what a coincidence! When I tell him that I just paid 9k to rock tops he looked sickened and informed me that the major suppliers rep in this area thinks that Rock Tops tokk the money and ran!
I've call numerous time and only found one voicemail box that would take a message. I've e-mailed numerous times and haven't received a reply. I've since learned that there have been 2 complaints filed with the Missouri Attorney General in the last month!
