General Manager is Hostile and Argumentative

I was contacted by this company and offered a "free estimate" for my porperty. My wife had to leave to take our son to the doctor before the representative arrived. The rep. Said he was not permitted to leave an estimate unless my wife was home as well. I call the office and spoke with someone who called himself Doug and said he was the General Manager. During this conversation he became increasingly hostile and argumentative to the point that I am pretty sure he was under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. He definately is not a professional, reputable businessman.
