LANDLORDS BEWARE: You will be left with extensive damages, legal problems and your classic nightmare!!! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE advantage of you wanting to lease your place out and put an UNMANAGEABLE TENANT in the Property that will damage EVERYTHING! Then they will try and come after YOU for DAMAGES!!! This will cause you needless legal problems, property damage and frivolous lawsuits to deal with. This company has made a career of doing this! Beware. The owner of the company is an attorney and knows the laws inside and out - especially WHAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH!
