Property Solutions Specialists repeatedly lied to me about the actions they were taking to help stop foreclosure on my property.
Whenever I asked for documentation as to their actions they refused to send me any proof that they had done anything. They did nothing but give me the runaround from the day of my first payment. I had to hire another attorney to clean up after them and they now refuse to refund my money claiming I have not lost my house yet so I do not deserve a refund.
I believe they have continually acted in an unprofessional manner, have not returned repeated calls and have done nothing they said they would do and even lied about what actions they claimed to take. I wrote them to cancel their representation of me and requested a refund.
Today they said that my requested refund is refused and that they will not do anything to correct the issues. They have not returned repeated calls in over a week to try and handle this matter. I reached their attorney Ken Hamel today and he said that the President (Don Gillette) will not authorize a refund of the money have I paid them.
They have never contacted my mortgage company. They have fired and/or lost almost every staff member I have dealt with and then used those departures as an excuse as to why I was not getting any serviced. I believe the organization is committing fraud and they likely committed such fraud to get certified with your organization.
