I was in the process of selling my home and found a buyer. And when the FHA inspector look at the property he gave us a list of repair that need to be done so we could close the deal. It mostly just needed some painting, so my realtor said he know a good contract that would give me a fair price for the work. So I said ok, long story short Mr. Raspa did the painting. Then when I got to the house the day before closing. I looked at the job in disgust at how crappy it was. It looked like children did it not a highly qualified professional, that charged me over $2000.00 for 12 hours of work. But what was I to do the day before selling the property so I payed the ripoff artist. He knew he had me over a barrel. I just hope no one else gets screwed like that from this lousy CON-tractor!
