My 75-yr old mother ordered 2 sets of these bags over the phone and was shocked to find $70 charged on her credit card (should have been $34). She called her credit card company who called GreenBags.com about the overcharge, and all Debbie Meyer Green Bags would do is refund $10 with no explanation. Apparently from other usacomplaints.com on here, we are not the first. This is outrageous and harms the credibility of all phone shopping. Something should be done about this.
