I'm at my wits end. I've not obtained a statement from Immediate Power in 4 weeks, I've named, I've sent, I've reported (towards the PUC). I had been informed it had been an interior problem, however it appears after carrying out a small study that I'm alone with this specific problem, and that I have now been informed additionally that my statement hasn't been produced. It has occurred in my experience once before about four years back, when P did not read my meter for nearly 8 weeks. I had been approached with a repetition in regards to a month before and he or she assured me that I'd obtain my statement inside a subject of times. That never occurred. I'm on the restricted revenue, therefore besides the proven fact that they'll bill me 3 times per month, I'll need to proceed without food and medication again similar to the last moment this occurred. It's also strange that my five-year agreement is coming due. Easily had recognized that P have been prosecuted for misleading methods, I'd not have closed together. Your better-off with TXU and that I do not like them both.
