One of the biggest Complaint in Rental Agreements is the honest return of the deposit after the lease is over. Chris and Celeste Webb, dont like to honor contracts... So I would send out a BEWARE ALERT about these two Realtors. I know the housing market stinks but now people like these 2 have to steal the deposit since they think the person wont do anything to get their owed money.
Our client, a person from Boeing Aircraft (herein called BOEING MAN or BM) was sent to another company called and Susan Levy, who then sent the BM employee to these con artists and rip off artists Chris and Celeste Webb at http://www.realty-advisors.com / to rent a condo apartment. Webb decided to not return a security deposit. Since this is a common rip off that people like these attempt, we will make the above accountable.
The BM signed a rental agreement with Rip off artist Realtor Chris Webb that INCLUDED a $350. Oo termination charge off a $975. Oo deposit in case of the lease ending. The BM, in good faith and accordance with the lease, gave Chris Webb 33 days notice (3 days more than the 30 days required for the early termination of the lease.)
The BM, gave up and waived the $350. Oo and has waited and waited and waited for the return of the Rental deposit balance of $625. Oo. And DON'T you know it, the dishonest Chris Webb wont SEND the deposit money to Boeing Man. Saying the BM gave him 28 days notice... Gee that was convenient, but even with emails and letters, Chris Webb isn't ignoring the deposit. What a shocker... CHRIS Webb has a propensity in this type of rip off to renters.
So since this is the normal method of operation with Chris and Celeste Webb, looks like we might have to subpoena all his clients to see if they also experienced this con by these people who might not have a clue on Georgia Housing Laws. Additionally, we will file a formal complaint with Georgia, South Carolina and the US Housing Department and request a halt to further rental business to explore their ways in how they rip off consumers.
This action will also be afforded the other Partner in crime called run by James and Linda Bilderback. They seem to just think that they are not guilty of this action but they referred the client to Chris and Celeste Webb.
The BM contacted Susan Levy, who works for Bilderback's, for a way for her to make it known that they or the Con artists Webb's need to return this deposit balance... Now. Of course, as you can imagine, even though Susan Levy and the Bilderbacks had contacted BM many times they now claim all of a sudden that it isn't their responsibility and "aren't the party to contact about this"... Bull.
Linda Bilderback, who is on the Atlanta Apartment Association and Corporate Housing organizations, doesn't seem to know a thing about the basic rights of renters when it comes to Deposits in the Georgia Law they are violating. But we could have a Judge read it to her and the other rip off artists.
THIS IS LINDA BILDERBACK's BIO which needs to be exposed as a rip off artist along with Chris and Celeste Webb. We want to take her licence if this is the way they operate if she can't come up with an answer on why the Webb's are holding a deposit.

All the client wants is to have the Webb's send the $625. Oo to the client and all this will go away. But instead, the con artists have called to threaten and say they will sue. I can not wait to see what attorney will run up a $10000 legal bill to protect $625. This is the way these rip off artists think.
Send the client the money... Good golly man.
