Here are some pictures of the work they say they completed.
On 09/25/02, my wife called the above company to come out and fix our heating ducts in the atic that had come loose. The same day they were out to my house and it appeared the work had been completed. The charge for there work was $228.85. On 01/06/03 I had discovered a bird had made it's way into my attic, so I ventured myself up to the attic. When I was up there I noticed the intake lines from my heater were not hooked up! This is what was what I paid them to do in September. We called them and told them about the problem and that we had heard about previous complaints from usacomplaints.com.Com.
They said that they were a different company from the one on the Internet and someone would be out the following day. The next day a tech. Came over, and when asked if they were the actual fraud company on the web site, he said that this was true but he was not involved. The work was fixed probably because we scared them, but be warned to check there work after comletion.
