Bad Customer Service

We were creating a terrace and went towards the shop per week in advance to-order the timber. The purchase was published on a bit of document for that worker to enter and he or she did so - we visited the leading of the shop and settled. We'd planned shipping for that following Sunday. Once they found provide the boards this large vehicle comes and falls off 20 20ft boards - I looked over the checklist that my stepfather had designed for people and obvious as evening it claims 20 10ft panels. The worker had entered it improperly and we did not recognize since we obviously she joined it properly. We proceeded to contact the shop and talk to Mr. Jensen the supervisor and he informed us it had been completely our problem that people must have observed before we taken care of the purchase which if we needed him in the future obtain the panels we'd need to spend another $60. Bear in mind we stay about 10 blocks in the shop. Our stepfather wound up getting his vessel around and we'd to fill them into that and consider them back again to the shop.

I chose to allow the corporate workplace realize that there's an enormous insufficient customer support in the shop and described the tale for them and that I got a contact back saying they did not wish to shed me like a client and supplied me using the telephone number of the supervisor - who I'd previously spoken to and who explained the mixup was completely our problem. Thanks for the reaction, but at this time I currently believe your concept is just a small hollow being that Mr. Jensen may be the one that was rude and evidently did not care anything about customer support. Today you are recommending I contact him to go over this again? Why might I actually do that after he was therefore disrespectful the final period we spoke? It is become obvious in my experience that Menards truly does not worry about their clients encounters. I am certainly sorry to listen to that since as I mentioned before, we'd been faithful clients.

Clearly Menards understands nothing about Customer Support and cares hardly any for how they handle their clients. Although I've mentioned that I take responsibility for not realizing the MISTAKE OF THE PERSON WHO ENTERED THE PURCHASE from the linen of document where it had been very obviously created out - I believe the truth that the supervisor by no means might consider any obligation and use us to obtain this looked after is absurd. Alternatively he would cost us in the future obtain the timber... Exactly what a laugh. And exactly what a laugh your organization as well as your customer support is. You simply dropped this client and trust me, I'll inform everybody that I actually speak with within this lifetime how terribly Menards treats it is clients. I'll now walk out my method to Homedepot where they atleast recognize it is the clients which make their company feasible.

The reaction I've obtained in the practices of the organization is simply further evidence they have no-care for that clients which make their company feasible.
