Ubaldo Juarez, Scammer Owner, 1901 S Racine, Chicago Stole My Security Deposit, Do Not Rent From This Thief

After being a good tenant at the 1901 S Racine, Chicago IL address for many years. Ubaldo Juarez decides to steal my security deposit of $900.00 upon moving out. Do not rent from this scumbag! The court will settle this claim but I want the public to be aware! He is a fireman and a DISGRACE to the service of the chicago fire dept.
