This company sells many products such as Simonize car wash and amazing elastic plastic but when they ripped me off it was for the "Awesome Auger". I went on their website to order it. It is a gardening tool. Now according to their infomercial they are supposed to send you for $19.95 1. Awesome Auger 2. Weed Auger 3. Ground Auger 4. Power Drill to use all the prior tools with.
I put my card information on their site but did not press submit because they were trying to force me to buy more tools than what I had wanted to buy. They would not let the order go anywhere unless I agreed to it. So I back spaced off all my information and fired them off an email telling them I thought they were rotten for trying to force me to buy stuff I did not want and that was why I did not go through with the order.
Not only do they charge my card anyway, they send one tool and charge me the full amount plus $9.00 s & h. I immediately send it back to them and they still have not paid me back after two months. They also told me they would never give me back s & h. So not only do I have to pay for their s & h but my sending it back to them. Since they charged my card without my knowledge, I had taken funds out and when they put it through a week later, I got an overdraft charge of $33.00 as well. Total out of money $69.00 for something that was supposed to cost $19.95.
