First off, the man calls himself " The Art the Solar Guy " This man is not a very good business person. He does not tell the clients the truth. He gives very bad service. Does not call back the clients. I could hear him yelling at the young man installing my solatube sky light. Using the F bom all over my house. The MF word. I could not wait till he left my house. Then... My solatubes had water coming down, all over my house! I called him for help... I had to wait several days before he could find the time to call or come out! The gals in the office are nice. They told me, we gave him the messages. Sorry he is not clling you back. Sorry again.
When he did call back, he tried to say he never got any messages. The office girls never told me, story. Like I was born yesterday. I left a few on his cell phone. So, please Solar Guy. Stop or your nose is going to get real long. I would never use Solarbrite company again! So don't call Solarbrite for a solatube sky light!
