I have been to many Pasquinelli sales offices and actually have bought a pasquinelli home. This company is the worst homebuilder known to man and I think they they are the next builder to go out of business as I heard on the radio they are having money troubles. They lied to me about my property having air conditioning, they also set me up with a VERY BAD LENDER.
The worst person to deal with at this company is the sales manager at the romeoville, and joliet locations her name is nicole very unprofessional and doesnt show the customer or even the employees any respect. I think she is another product of the housing boom who just cant adjust. Stay away from pasquinelli homes and nicole they are bad and awful liars.
