Zerogravity Bed - Kevin Kemp Awesome customer service turns into a $1,274.15 loss

We bought the bed from Zerogravity. Spoke with the president on the phone. Were totally impressed with the customer service and the speed of delivery.

Turned out the bed didn't work for us newlyweds. Contacted Zerogravity to get the return labels. They promised them (2 different people) within 2 weeks. That was 4 weeks ago. Now no one answers the phone and the website is down. So we've got a bed we don't want and no money to pay for the replacement bed.

So much for a guarantee. Filed a complain with the BBB. Have to wait 30 days for that. So we're eating $1,274.15 until we can figure out what to do. My husband's going to be so mad!
