This company advertising on the internet granite counter tops for $39.99 per sq. Foot. When I called, i asked the receptionist if they worked in RI, and she said that they did — I am about 70 miles from Malden. I described the job to her. During the call, she kept speaking to someone else in a foreign language. Mysteriously we were disconnected. When I tried to call back, no answer. When I left messages, no response. I thought they must be having trouble with their phone. Finally, 2 days later when I got through, there was no apology or explantion. She gave me a price which amounted to $47 or $48 per square foot. When I reminded her that I wanted the $39.99 granite, she said they had to charge extra because I live over 50 miles away. When I said that the web site did not state this as a condition and she had not told me this previously, she got angry. Again, she kept talking to someone in a foreign language. When I complained, she started yelling, she did not care.
I am tired of false claims on the internet. Why can't they just be up front about their pricing. Why all the games? It's just a waste of everybody's time.
