This company is run by a liar named Carrie, she knows that with paypal if she sends me ANYTHING she does not have to refund me via them, which shows how much of a shady liar she is. She sent me the wrong part and a used piece of useless nothing on top of that wrapped in the actual part package so she could get past refunding me on paypal, WOW... What kind of person does this and still has the never to say she has been in a legit business for 18 years hahahahahha... She already has several complaints with the BBB. She has several for PAYPAL... And now with the BIG one from me on how she sent me the wrong part JUST to get out of refunding me through paypal, which proves she is devious...
All of her phone numbers are constantly busy, and when the "business" hours are over the phone just rings with no proper message, which is my first clue this business isn't legit!
DO NOT buy from this woman ever... Do not buy from any small online company as you will end up like me, and/or make sure to call them several times BEFORE you purchase, which is what I should have done but I foolishly listened to my hubby and trusted that she was legit. Hahahahah... Not only that she will respond to your emails and send you something to get out of refunding you money ONLY when you complain!!! She KNOWS what she is doing people, she knows she is stealing your hard earned money, she is just a schemer that uses the internet to steal people's money because she is too lazy and dishonest to actually get out there and make some money in an honest fashion!
