Took our money for down payment on house then did not make payments on house and it was forclosed we are out our down payment

This man and his Realestate company took our down payment and then did not make the payments on the house we were buying. The house was forclosed on and we were given 3 days to move.

Beware of this man and his realestate company.
They will not answer the phone or emails.
