I purchased a Malaga spa on ebay. I was given a # to call, and they were very friendly and answered all questions that i had. I gave my credit card number, and the spa was supposed to ship in 4-6 weeks. Conveniently, issues kept coming up. Now it has been 3.5 months since i ordered and there is not hot tub. I call the company, and they transfer me to a costumer service line that no one answers. The people who answer the phone transfer you as soon as they find out you don't want to buy a hot tub, and refuse to listen to your interruptions. They transfer you to an answering machine that is "full". Although, one time I was transferred to a personal cell phone of some man who had never heard of the company.
I am newly married and this was our first major purchase... I'm smarter now, but the lesson was not worth my $4,200. Do not be enticed by the fancy, inexpensive hot tubs this place has to offer.
