I wish I had checked usacomplaints.com before hiring these guys. I found them online and they were courteous and gave me a very good price. I was told my stuff would arrive between 3 and 7 days. The problems started when the driver arrived at my place and complained that the $140 tip I gave them was too little. They had already increased my bill by $600 above the quote. This was a Saturday. I was told to call on Monday to find out when the truck would be arriving. For 4 days, no one seemed to have any information. First it was the paperwork which hadn't arrived at the office, then it was the dispatcher who wasn't in that day etc... On the 5th day, I became upset and when I called to complain the woman hung up the phone in my face saying "I was giving her attitude". As a side note, an email to the manager to complain about this did not get answered. When I finally got through to the dispatcher, 6 days after my stuff was picked up, I was told that it still hadn't been loaded on a truck. I would have my stuff in another 5-6 days. When I said that wouldn't work, they said they'd try to have it here by today, Monday, 10 days after they picked it up. After several phone calls to the office today, I still don't know where my things are or when they'll arrive. I guess I'll just sit here and wait for another few days... Please see my fellow All towns and Country Moving customer's complaint, also on usacomplaints.com, I wish I had read it before I moved.
