Bought a mobile home from him. He covered holes in the floor with carpet. Lied about roof and condition of mobile home. He then refused to give me the title which was in the contract

Mike D'Avolio has sold several mobile homes in Lakeland, FL. He has cheated and lied to everyone. He does a lousy job and covers up major problems like collapsing floors. Lies about the roof and general condition of the home. Yet at the same time is is saying to trust him because he is a former Boston police officer. Many people doubt this.

Do not buy anything from him. He is a fraud.
