My name is Shemica and I so-called "sold" my house to Rickey Benns and Citywide Financial Group in March. He had someone move into my house in April. He keep telling me that as soon as his buyers got financing then my orginial loan would be paid off. I asked him for ten months when would his buyers get financing so I could buy another house. I keep wonderig how long did it take for buyers to get financing. Rickey got so agitated at me in February that he gave me my house back.in phone conversations and emails he was very rude and would try to talk down to me. My finacee even talked to him a couple of times and he would say he would get back to us and never would. I finally received an email in March saying he did not want my house and life was too short to squabble over a house with no equity. I have saved and printed out all the email exhcanges with Rickey. I moved back into it in March. He initially deeded the house back to me from the Trust in May but Tarrant Apprasial District would not change the ownership of the property and I had to hound him for a new deed this month. It took massive phone calls, emails, and trip to his office before I got a response. He finally responded and said he realized in late May that the deed he sent me was incorrect and the correct deed was on the way in the mail. This is after I threatened him about going to the police because he was not living were the sex offender registery said he was living. Yes, I found out he was a convicted sex offender and my finacee and I even went to his house looking for him. I finally received the correct deed on June 12th and filed it with the Tarrant County clerk on June 13th. The correct deed deeded the property from Rickey Benns and Citywide Financial to me. This had to be done because Rickey Benns filed a forclosure on the people who bought my house and the property was deeded back to him. Ms V. I heard of Rickey Benns from my co-worker Joe Mitchell. I think that's whos house Rickey sold you. Joe knew about the problems I was having with Rickey and he informed me of his problems also. He told me that he had been contacted by his mortgage company, CitiMortgage, for missed payments. The last time I spoke to him he told me the mortgage company was forclosing on the house and he was sueing Rickey. I really think that was the house you were living in. We all need to get together and stop Rickey. I will try to contact Joe. We need to stop Rickey Benns. I emailed my story to Becky Oliver, Saul Garza, and several newspaper reporters. I also contacted Jacque Keil via MySpace and asked her how could she do business with such a crook. Let's get together and stop this man.
