Purchased a house from Altieri Homes. After closing, the builder did not proceed with a final walkthrough. They did not turn over the keys to the house so we had to change the locks. Also, washing machine and dryer was included in the contract and when we got to the house, there was no washing machine and dryer! We made several attempts to contact the builder via phone, letters and email but our attempts in communication were ignored. We asked neighbors and they had similar complaints about poor workmanship, poor customer service and overall being deceived and ripped-off by this unethical company!
