I ordered grass seed that was $19.99 and was charged and taken out of my bsnk account $68.99 Hartford, Michigan

I brought grass seed from Gardeners Choice for 19:00 a bag and you get one bag free all I would have to do is pay shipping they took out of my checking account $ 69.00 I have been trying to call them for weeks and keep getting a busy signal How does a Company that rips off people off stay in business???
