The folks at Tague Lumber try to present themselves as a professional and trusted organization. However, if you would like to work for them, be prepared to make numerous trips for interviews, hours of online testing and rude upper management once you work your way through the sludge of a pretentious corporate facade.
After all their interest, time and visits, you get to the final interviewer who claims "I haven't talked to anyone about you. I don't care what others say here - you're interviewing with me and I make the decisions here." So obviously upper management thinks their co-workers are not capable of suppling qualified and worthy candidates.
Well, good luck working with such poor management - I suggest the owners throw out the bad and trash the less then professional "new methods" of recruiting and management.
