My report is exactly like the first article shown on your consumer complaints. We returned the book (package un-opened) marked "RETURN TO SENDER). We have since received at least (4) request for payments. Returned one telling that we didn't order book and had sent it back un-opened. This has made no difference, we have received two bills since. I am tired of messing with these people.
