7. Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind all of our work. Should any problems arise within a reasonable amount of time after the completion of the job, we will return for no extra charge, completely hassle-free.
That was a FAQ on the website, but I called them with a complaint about not standing behind the warrenty and they refuse to do anything. The owner Jeff Hehn said he was not doing anything about it.
I was told by Jeff's son Brad (manager/coowner) that I would get a phone call before my warrenty was up for a retreatment, will I never did, when I called they said they would have to charge me again. Now Jeff is saying his son would never say that, I am sorry he was not here to hear that but that is what I was told,
Now I am out money because they don't follow though on number 7 (the quarantee)
Please go somewhere else and save your money so you do not get ripped off like i did.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Jeff still refuses to do anything, please save your money and go somewhere else.
