I provided service to peter laizure dba elkhorn construction. I amnot able to collect payment for these services. I tried collection agency, but they told me there were more claims against him and they were not able to help them either.
My question is, how can this be stopped before more people fall victim to this cheater. Is there any laws that apply for cases like this. I checked with registry for contractors in Idaho. His contractors licence is expired. I advised them that peter laizure still does business without a licence. Nobody seem to care about this!
To make it clear. This man operates his business without paying his vendors. Unfortunetly, i am one of them. I want my money and i want this guy out of business!!
