Quick Mix Concrete or A & E unlimited, a concrete company serving the bay area, may not provide the customer with the design mix the spec out.
On a very large post tensioned slab poured on the Penisula or west side of the bay area... The design mix chaged from the time the samples were taken to the time the last yd was delivered. The customer under estimated the amount. QMC, began to strecth there resouces, and borrow materials from sources that where not previously specd, for the design mix. This 400 yd post tensioned slab was poured for a multi story apartment/condominium complex.
