I called the company up front with model and serial number of our irrigation system and was assured they had the right parts and would ship the next day.instead I received an e-mail that the order was being processed. My reminder calls and messages over the next several weeks were either not returned, or (once) I was told the parts would ship during the next couple of days.
After 3 weeks I cancelled the order; after 4 weeks wrong parts were shipped anyway. I was then told by e-mail that the box would be picked up the following Monday at no expense to me, and e refund would be issued (My credit card had been charged when had placed the order a month earlier).
After 2 weeks of waiting for the pick-up I shipped the parts back and eventually received a refund for the original charge, but not for the shipping expense.
