He called and stated he needed to drill safe and replace lock would take around three hours for job plus cost of lock. Approx. $500.
Tech manulipated safe open, was on site only 37 minutes, still wanted to charge $480.89 for the call. He stated he was on site over two hours, manager at the location confirmed 37 minutes, he tried to charge $189 for a safe dial and ring that usually costs $53.
Tech is a lying thief and everyone in the area needs to be informed of this.
