Inadequate product quality. Non-existent customer support. Windows installed in 1988. Screen seals failed after significantly less than three years operating. Numerous screen closing system failures and numerous screen lock problems.
Notwithstanding repeated requests for support; both via E-Mail and phone, and despite four calls towards the nearby peachtree seller we're not able to get any return calls.
