Ken Bagwell, dba, Deaken Builders is/was one of state Farm Insurance Companies "Premier service contractors".
He, (as the prime contractor) installed or caused to be installed shoddy materials, extremely poor workmanship, failed miserably to communicate and ultimately breached his contract. He claims to have a business, yet all correspondence is sent to a residential address.
In an attempt to address these complaints, I have had the work done by a professional and requested reimbursement from Bagwell. He continues to ignore his responsibility.
In attempting to address this situation through State Farm Insurance Company, their response is, "we paid for the work and therefore have no further responsibility".
My own agent, one Lisa Downs, Henderson Nevada refuses to even return my calls. Use any insurances companies "Premier" package at your own risk.
Bagwell has been reported to the Nevada state Licensing board, better business bureau and of course, here.
