I went to Atlanta, Ga. To train. Saw a nice, professional facility, well-organized. Made big promises of huge commissions, offered great training. Nothing they promised has proven to be true. They do not pay. I should have made about 4000 dollars, collected 500 total.
They are set up to rip everyone off. Salesmen and consumers. They do a three party closing. While customer thinks they are trying to get a deal, they're asking me what the lady looks like, is she hot, etc. These sales managers are all highly trained con-men. The paperwork people sign is designed to allow them to lien property and pretty much charge any interest rate they want once the deal is in the works.
Advice everyone to avoid this company. The pool they advertise for 400, then 360, then 299, will actually cost about 2700 dollars. Buy the way, they brag in the training that it is not bait and switch, but believe me, you will buy a 10,000 dollar pool before you know it if the wrong kind of salesman comes to your home. I have literally seen them make one woman cry on the phone they put so much pressure on her to buy.
